What used hybrids are good to drive?

What are the best used full non plug in hybrids under £7K for performance, driving satisfaction and reliability and ideally with a sunroof please?

The majority of hybrids are designed for economy rather than driving pleasure, and a budget of £7,000 reduces the potential options still further. We would suggest looking at cars like the Honda CR-Z, the Mercedes-Benz C-Class and E-Class in 300 BlueTech Hybrid spec, or the BMW 3 Series and 5 Series Active Hybrids, which you may find examples of within your budget.
