Brake issues

I have a Nissan Almera 2003, recently there has been a bit of judder on the brakes, this has now been replaced by a strange 'beep' as I take my foot off the brake pedal but only when the car is in gear, it doesn't happen when car is stationary and I test to see if it sounds again.

Well given that you have a problem with the brakes would suggest that it is looked at by qualified mechanics.
You need to get a inspection done on the brake pads/shoes also the Discs for wear.
You may be able to get this done for free at someone like Kwikfit
