Low insurance for 23-year-old

My son is 23 years old and has 4 years no claim bonus wants to buy a second hand car up to max £2000 with hatch back as needs a roomy boot which are the best for insurance purposes?

Low groups. But £2k doesn't buy much. Yaris 1.0 with the 4 cylinder engine much better than the later 3 cylinder Yaris 1.0.
