New Volkswagen Scirocco

I have owned this model since Feb 2010. In Feb this year experienced misfire problem, dealer repaired, but fault just occurred again. What are my rights re 3-year Warranty (and possible extension of) and/or being sold car not of satisfactory quality?

There have been some problems with the 1.4 TSI, but all your rights extend to at this stage is a dealer repair.
