C- or E-Class?

Shortly going to change my 2007 SLK 200 with 29,000 miles, I'm too old for the low driving position, getting thigh ache.

Will have a budget of £20,000 including trade in so should be able to get 2007 E-class, or 2008 C-class, or thereabouts. Looking for a diesel auto, with parktronic and heated seats a must. I cannot choose between the two, and would value your comments and thoughts please.

W211 2007 E Class with the massive improvements fitted from August 2006 okay. W204 C Class also okay, but the diesels had a few problems with their piezo injectors. Try to stick to 16" wheels for decent ride quality.
