Which small, cheap tax car would you buy?

I have recently had a baby so the BMW 330 has to go, as it's not that baby friendly.

So we are looking to get a small car that is cheaper to run. We also have Pegeout 307 so we don't need a big car really. The criteria are...

Tax band A or B,
A pushchair fits in the boot (my mum has a C1 and it fits in that boot, suprisingly, so that should be ok)
Economical to run
Preferably 5 seats but 4 if necessary
5 doors
Between £5000 and £5500
As new and few miles as possible as we intend to keep it for many years.

So why not a C1, a 107 or an Aygo, or the similar Nissan Pixo or Suzuki Alto? Recently Nissan dealers had new Pixos for £5,995. All these are band B £20 a year tax.
