Electric window failure

One of my rear electric windows will not operate.

I can hear a clicking sound coming from inside when I operate the switch, but there is no movement.

It is an 07 Volkswagen Passat Estate. The other rear window works fine.

A clicking is the relay opening and shutting because the window mechanism is jammed.
