Why is my battery draining?
I have a VW Passat CC. After replacing the battery and alternator, with brand new ones, apart from the stop start not working at 1st and air con, there's been no problems for 3 weeks, drove it to work, 10 mile away on motorway went out on my break and the battery had died. Can you give me any advice as to what it could be please?

We would at this stage suspect you have a parasitic drain which is that some electrical system on your car is continuing to operate after you have switched the ignition off. This could be something as simple as a boot light or a interior light staying on. We would therefore have a parasitic drain test carried out which should then identify which circuit is causing the problem. This can be done in house using a multi meter.
