Supercar electrics

I purchased a second hand Ferrari 612 Scaglietti from a local independent dealership.

They were great guys: very knowledgeable and super helpful.

However the engine management warning light keeps coming on when at 90/91mph in top gear. The dealer has had it back five times and hasnt been able to trace the fault, but with no loss of power it seems to be an electrical gremlin.

They've even spoken to Bosch, without any luck.

All this investigation has been under warranty but if they cant resolve it, (9months after purchase) can I/should I reject the car back to them?

In all respects it has been superb and I love it (dream purchase) but I wouldnt have purchased it like this, which means I couldn't sell it either?

Under the Supreme Court ruling Clegg v Olle Anderson (trading as Nordic Marine) 2003, you can reject the car for a full cash refund even after this passage of time because the car came with a fault on delivery that was never resolved.
