headlight bulbs keep failing - why?
I have a 2005 model Honda Civic Sports 1.6 VTEC. I am having to frequently replace the headlight and sidelight bulbs. The frequency is random with no apparent pattern. Sometimes I can go several months without replacing bulbs, but at other times more frequently. On one occasion the offside headlight blew one day and the nearside the following. Have you any ideas?

That indicates a short circuit or a bad earth. if you can't trace it yourself, call in a local 'car electrical specialist' (www.yell.com)
