Honda Jazz is missing advertised air-con

Bought a Honda Jazz from 'The car shop megastore' in Doncaster, which was advertised online as having air con.

When I went I didn't know what to look for but on getting home I checked the manual and found it isn't there. I complained immediately but have been told it was 'sold as seen'.

Next I needed to get a spare key programmed at a Honda main dealer. The car shop said they would pay, but have not done so. This was two weeks and about 300 miles later.

The dealer did a routine vehicle check and found the brake pads were below the legal minimum and I had to get them replaced to drive away.

I informed the car shop and their response has been that there was 80% wear left on the pads when it left (although the checklist say 20%) and they are refusing to accept any liaibility.

I am a 72 year old lady and I do not feel like a long drawn out argument, so would seek your help to understand my rights, and would like to warn people about this dealer as, if I had not had the vehicle checked, I could have had an accident.
