What headlight bulbs would you recommend for driving at night?

I just read your article about dazzling LED lights which I found very interesting. I too have more of a problem driving at night, needing to slow down, almost to a stop on some occasions, when approached by a car using, I assume, these new LED lights.
I thought it might be my eyesight at first as I didn't use glasses while driving, so I visited an optician recently who recommended anti-glare driving glasses, but these haven't noticeably improved the night driving experience.
I drive a Mazda 6 estate diesel and wondered what headlight bulbs, if any, might improve night vision?

We would recommend Osram Night Breakers or Phillips RacingVision bulb upgrades, as they offer superior performance in low light conditions.
