The third party has claimed responsability my car has been deemed a write-off my insurance are offering me £3625 for the car but I can not find a car the same as mine for that price they are all around the £4200. The car is a Renault Megane 80dCi 2005 What can i do?

You have to prove that you cannot buy a replacement privately or at auction for the settlement being offered. You do this with screen dumps from Autotrader.
