Saab customer service success story

Thought you might be interested in my recent experience with my Saab 9-3 2.8-litre estate.

The car is four years old but has only covered 19,000 miles and has just failed the MoT with a broken front spring.

My local garage was all set to repair the car when I contacted the local Saab agent, Lewis Saab of Bosham, Hampshire just to check if there was a known problem.

They immediately contacted Saab HQ and got approval to replace both front springs with no charge for parts or labour. The job was done two days later and they provided an almost new Mitsubishi as a loan car.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, unlike previous visits to the GM owned Saab garage and I have been left with a very positive feeling towards the new Saab organisation.

Extremely common with all European makes and models, particularly GM. I think the springs come from Swedish company Lesjofors.
