Waiting more than a year to renew provisional licence, what should I do?

I've been waiting for a renewal of a provisional driving licence for more than a year. I had to declare a medical condition which my doctors have written to confirm it won't impact me but the DVLA still haven't done anything. What can I do to change this?

Assuming you have tried contacting the DVLA, you could progress this to a formal complaint.

Given how long you have been waiting, it may also be worth contacting your local MP to ask them to make a complaint on your behalf.
