Which car glass cleaner do you recommend?

I find vinegar based sprays leave the windscreen with smears and have tried several different products. None comes anywhere near as effective as a cream you once recommended which is wiped on, left to dry and then buffed off. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the product.

We're not sure of the specific product you're referring to, but Autoglym still make a car glass polish cream that's considered very effective. It's sold alongside its 'Fast Glass' spray product as a more involved, but more effective choice.

Is waterless car cleaning safe?
Can you suggest a tool and perhaps a cleaning product to clean the inside of my car windscreen? Steep angled screens make this an awkward job.
