Should I apply a ceramic coating to my new car?
I am getting a new car next week and I want to apply a ceramic or graphine liquid myself to the car in the open. I want a good shine for a long time. Which shall I use, or should I apply both? Any favourites?

If you are planning on applying a coating at home your are a little more limited in what you can use, especially if only have the option of doing so outside rather than in a garage. Graphene coatings are relatively new to the car care world and there are bold claims about its performance compared to more traditional ceramics, but we would suggest using only one type to ensure the product can be applied and work correctly. It's also worth bearing in mind that many graphene-labelled products actually add small amounts of graphene to what is already a ceramic coating. We would suggest looking at 303 Graphene or Adam's Polishes Graphene Ceramic Coating, or for a pure ceramic option consider Shelby Ultimate Ceramic Protection or Pure Definition Crystal. If in doubt, get a professional to do it.
