An idiot living in an adjoining street has decided to park his car in the lane behind our street blocking access to my garage. He knows I use my garage regularly and moves his car when asked but it's infuriating when I have to knock on his door every time I return home from work. Is there anything I can do about this situation or should I just accept that he's an inconsiderate prat?

Return home at 02.00 in the morning and bang on his door until he gets up and moves the car. (Don’t honk your horn. That’s illegal between 23.00 and 07.00.)
