Wrong righter
Further to my recent emails to you regarding Warranty Direct and its rejection of my recent claim, I have today received a phone call from the company to advise me that after your e-mail to the MD they have reconsidered my claim and will be paying it in full, including the original diagnosis charge. Many thanks for help in this matter. As I am now almost £300 better off due to your help if you would like to nominate a charity you support I will gladly make a suitable contribution on your behalf. Let me know if this is appropriate.

Any charity you like. But the point of this is not that "I did something for you". It's that the MD of Warranty Direct listens to complaints and, wherever justified, he rights any wrongs his staff may have committed. He really is a good guy and that’s why I recommend Warranty Direct.
