Nutcracker sweet

My neighbour has a 9-year-old SAAB convertible, and a simple puncture has turned into a nightmare because she is unable to find the "security lock" which enables the wheel to be removed. SAAB London has been unhelpful even though she has all details of the car. (She is a second owner). Any advice would be appreciated.

She has to buy a new set of security bolts and a keynut from a SAAB
dealer, then take the car to a tyre specialist and have all the old
security bolts removed using specialist tools and replaced with the new set. Then make sure she doesn't lose the keynut.
