Stand on delivery

After considerable to-ing and fro-ing this morning the dealer has now admitted that my new Mondeo was mis-ordered by them. They now fully accept the blame. I have 3 options: re-order the car, which will take a time or take delivery and accept £100 reduction for their mistake (in addition to the deletion of the cost of the leather seats) or walk away from it totally because I am not happy with the dealer's competence. Why is life so complex?
