Snap, crack and pop

I thought you might want to see something from the BMW E92 forum. Quite a large percentage of owners with 19" M sport 225M wheels have suffered from cracks and BMW is denying blame. One poster on the BMW E90 forum is using Moneyclaim against BMW.

Inevitable with 30 - 40 profile rubber on Britain's potholed and speed hump festooned roads. 19" wheels are no more than stupid bling. They destroy the car's handling, steering feel, ride comfort, and grip in the wet or on snow. The only benefit they offer is on the smooth surface of a circuit on a track day. Unfortunately, buyers demand these wheels so BMW obliges, leaving it down to me to warn people of the potential consequences of their foolishness.
