Jazz blues

In terms of fault occurrence, my Jazz is the most unreliable car I have ever owned. After a few hundred miles, the fuel consumption worsens by 10mpg or so. I discovered by chance that using high revs (6,000 plus) for a few minutes would restore the normal consumption performance. The problem has recurred and recurred and the main dealer either couldn't or wouldn't fix it. The car now seems stuck in its poor fuel consumption. It's beginning to look like a heap of unreliable junk. If you have any suggestions about the fault I would like to hear them. Otherwise perhaps you should be honest with your readers and warn them that all is not wonderful in Honda ownership.

You are probably driving it too slowly, for short distances, on the wrong fuel. Switch to Shell V-Power petrol, give it a little bit of stick occasionally, and it might be okay.
