Will my car fail its MoT if the boot doesn't open?

The boot won't open on my 2003 Citroen C5. Is that an MoT failure?

The boot being stuck shut will not cause the car to fail, but the station may refuse to MoT the car if the tester is unable to access certain areas (like the rear seatbelt mounts).
