Max power
I am considering buying a 2007 Ford Focus C-Max Zetec 2.0 Automatic. The car has done 13k and the independent dealer is asking £6,999. I would have to trade in my ’53 Mondeo 2.0 six-speed diesel Ghia with 68k. Is it possible for you to give me your opinion of the auto transmission fitted to the C-Max, the fuel consumption figures, and your overall opinion of this car?

It's a 4-speed automatic, same as the Focus and Mazda 3. 194g/km, so not cheap to tax, and 34.9mpg combined (I'd say closer to 30). But a lot better than the C-Max 1.6TDCI CVT auto that has proved to be a
bit of a disaster. Very comfortable. Very easy to get in and out of. In June an 07 2.0 Zetec auto with 38k miles trade booked at £5,625 and book retailed at £7,275.
