A Skoda Kodiaq or Honda CR-V would be a good choice. You'll need to find out the weight of the caravan - it's often advised that you shouldn't tow more than 85 per cent of the car's kerb weight.

Can you suggest a car that can tow a 2000kg caravan? I only commute 10 miles a day so diesel is not an option. Thanks.

According to the VIN plate on my 2013 Peugeot 5008, the GVW is 2250kg and the GTW is 2950kg. I have been told by a caravan salesman that this makes the legal towing limit 700kg.
