1988 White BMW
I've just purchased a nice 1988 BMW 318 Baur Targa, but the white paint is dull, the car has stood in West London, and there are some tiny black spots in the paint. Any ideas on how I can get the paint work shiny and remove the contamination?

Maybe a clay bar, but could be too far gone.
