A car rolled back into me but is saying it is my fault - what can I do?

A car rolled back into me at a T junction. The driver is claiming I was too close and blaming me for the minor incident. The other car was turning right on a slight hill when the car just rolled back into mine . I hooted the horn but it just kept rolling back .I wish I'd had a dashcam. Is there anything I can do to get her to admit she was 100% at fault?

Contact your insurer and request they bring up images using Google maps, to show the vehicle was on a hill, and that it is "possible" that that other vehicle rolled back. Once you can show it is possible, you then need to prove it did. Do you have any witnesses? Also, request your insurer inspects both cars, it may well assist in proving your version of events over the other parties. Advise your insurer that you expect them to find the other party "wholly liable" for the incident and you are advising them to contest any allegation it was your fault.
