Two differing points

1. I have noticed that you have recommended using snow tyres instead of a 4x4, as a much cheaper and more effective measure. I purchased some snow tyres for my Skoda Superb yesterday (I live in the north east) and have found them astoundingly good.

2. A couple of weeks ago a reader asked you for advice on how to listen to the Ashes in the car. In the past I have tuned into MW 603 and gain an excellent reception allowing me to listen to test match cricket.
