Comfortable car seats

We've had several Citroen BX's. We've not yet found a moden vehicle that's as comfortable to drive. Currently we have a Modus - nice car, but the seats are so hard. Is there any way round this? Can we find BX comfort again? We're both in our 60s - my wife is a nurse and covers East Cornwall and does about 400 miles a week. Any suggestion will be gratefully received.

Maybe a C5 with Hydractiv suspension. But they are big and expensive. The best riding very small car is (surprisingly) the Chevrolet Spark.
