Hydrogen Cells

I have recently seen an article from a company in Devon that supplies and fits Hydrogen Cells. They claim that it will increase mpg by about 25 - 40% and have various testimonials backing this up. To good to be true? What are your views on Hydrogen Cells? Worth the expense or just pie in the sky?

When it takes companies like Honda, Toyota, Mercedes, and Hyundai/KIA many millions of dollars to develop hydrogen cell vehicles I'd find it difficult to believe that a small company in Devon can do the job for buttons. Besides which, where are you going to get the hydrogen?
