Late 2008 Vogue Lucerne Green tan leather 3.6 tdv8 Rangerover. Under 50,000 miles

So far the best car we have ever had in terms of comfort and ease of driving. Probably due to its height, excellent ride and the expensive burble of the V8. Already achieved 32 mpg on a run from Heathrow to our home near Deal, but averaging closer to 27.5. Yet to be hit by the "big bills", but the road tax did make my eyes water. But then that is part of the cost of ownership. My wife loves the car beyond words "almost as much as her Fiat 500", she says. So far everything seems to be working as we troll through what is on offer. A fairly exhaustive list I would say. What is the one thing that is almost impossible to adjust while driving? The headrests. What a smart touch, electric headrests. Would never have thought it in a million years despite it being a real safety feature. Clearly much thought was given to the comfort spec when they developed this car.

Looking forward to the next six months!
