I've heard that it might confuse the ECU and give poor acceleration
  • Renew Warranty? Or not? 21 Nov 2003 (Forum)
") on my '97 2.5. Steering ram? ECU? HP pump? But, there again, the definitions of "mechanical failure" made by Warranty Holdings are restricted to things actually breaking. Snapping, falling in half. So they may weasel out of any potential claim. So, to renew or not renew? Thoughts, anyone? rg

  • Hyundai i20 - ABS Pump/Modulator 14 Jul 2017 (Forum)
anyone know if it'll need coding (the garage didn't seem to be sure)? Also, I've seen ECU repairers who seem to be able to send repaired modules that don't need coding. So someone apart from Hyundai can get by the problem. Would be interested to hear from any Hyundai owner this happened
