Overall reliability

Super reliable and a pleasure to own

I bought this C30 used from a dealer with very low mileage and I have never regretted it.
It handles well enough and it is an excellent motorway cruiser.
I have found Volvo dealers to be particularly helpful, and service costs are reasonable.
The diesel engine is frugal and fuel consumption never dips below 50mpg whether cruising at 70mph on motorways or using the gears on twisties.
It has been super reliable and the only expense has been regular servicing and consumables.
I never take rear seat passengers so I just consider it a 2 seater and the rear boot doesn't hold much luggage but it does what I want it to do.
It is very comfortable (for 2) and I have no hesitation in recommending either the quality of the car or the service provided by Volvo dealers.
Annual road tax is £30 and insurance is cheap.
