Poor diving experience, judders most of time especially when cold

Bought this car with 10 miles on clock, from the first day the car judders when first driven. The car has been into two separate vauxhall dealer, both carried out diagnostic test and stated the car was fine!. The first dealer stated it was a peculiaritie with this engine and I would get used to it. The second dealer stated it was a characteristics of this engine caused by the very lean tune to meet emissions test. What I was experiencing was flat spots, and I would get used to it. I contacted vauxhall technicle department and after more than 15 call, all of more than 10 minutes duration did ot get through, so e mailed 3 times to re cI've a reply that someone would contact me two weeks later still waiting. The car has now done 820 miles since new and is no better, so reluctantly I have decided to sell for a big loss to get another vehicle. I would recommend befote you contemplate purchasing a similar model you have a good test drive, from cold.
