Good value, stylish and well made
The Copa edition is particularly well specced, alloys, cornering fogs, aircon, cruise etc.
Excellent discount of £2k from the dealer, they needed to reach target, great value at £10500.
Had some concerns about Spanish build quality, but its really well made and nothing has gone wrong in 7000 miles this year.
Familiar VW components work well, 1.4 16v is no ball of fire, quite noisy when you rev it to overtake, but its loosening up and getting better, returns mid 40s mpg. Might have considered a 1.2 Tsi but that was way more money.
Interior quality maybe not quite as good as a Polo, but for £2k less, who's complaining, I think it looks a lot better also, the Polo is a bit of a Granny's car...
