Lexus NX (2021 on)

It’s a plug in hybrid and I can’t charge it.
I purchased my Lexus NX450H+ plug in hybrid in October 2024. I had a £1800.00 wall charger installed by Hive, I asked Octopus to take me off the fixed rate tariff I was on and put me on a tariff, that is cheaper for charging EV vehicles overnight at cheaper rate. The last time I was able to charge the car was 12/02/25. I have called numerous numbers and can’t get a resolution. The dealer deals with the car and has proven the problem is not the car, but they don’t deal with the charger or the app. The charger customer services don’t deal with the car or the app. The app customer services doesn’t deal with the car or the charger. Since I purchased the car I have been left to my own devices, I have been fobbed off and passed from pillar to post. There is no resolution in sight. I am on a more expensive electricity tariff which keeps on churning regardless of these problems.
