Simply superb discovery 4
After owning 3 landcruisers I fancied a change and opted for the disco 4 in XS trim. I've now owned the car for over 3 years and towed our twin axle caravan all over the UK and down into France. Only issue has been a faulty height sensor on the suspension which cost £150 to replace. Lots of horror stories on the net about crank failure, electric faults etc but this hasn't been my experience at all. My disco is currently on 82000 miles and is super quiet and fantastic to drive. I do keep it serviced well by an independent specialist and also change the oil every 6000 miles. Ironically the disco has been more reliable than either of the 3 landcruisers that proceeded it. Simple superb car.
