Hyundai Tucson (2021 on)

Ultimate T-GDi 230 2WD S/C Motor 60hp/44kw Auto Start/Stop 5dr
Hopeless
Car has now been in the dealers for 6 weeks awaiting for a battery control module.
History
October 2024 in for mot. Advised dealer of some sort of light/indicator stalk failure (Indicators ok, Lights would only operate on Auto). Car MOT'd dealer said problem fixed. Checked lights outside and not fixed. 5 week wait for a new part. OEM part available from a motor factor next day.
Dec 27th 2024 Car wouldn't start. RAC called through Hyundai assist. Did all the usual reset 12v battery button malarkey no joy. RAC jump started it.. Advised to run for an hour. Did this then ran around most days until.
Jan 3rd 2025 Car wouldn't start. All the dash was flashing up intermittently. Left car unlocked. 5 mins later car had started itself. Drove to dealer and left it with them. Told later car was ok. Didn't have time to pick it up.
Jan 4th picked keys up from dealer, same problem. Left the car not seen it since.
Jan 7th offered a Bayon loaner. OK. Week later swapped for a Renault Symbioz from Thrifty rent a car via Hyundai customer service.
Feb 4th Renault wouldn't start. Thrifty sent RAC to fix. No joy complete electric motor failure. Car picked up by Thrifty.
Hyundai customer service rang to say there was a new Tucson waiting for me at local Hyundai dealer. Wife drove me to dealer. Informed the loan car computer system wasn't working so couldn't have the car. Drove home.
Rang Hyundai customer service, they said it was because I had not let them have my licence details.
New Tucson finally delivered by dealer on 5th of Feb.
All in all a lot of hopeless customer service.
