Not great now!
We got a Ford focus 1.6 Zetec estate in December 2011.
The car has been fine up until a couple of months ago, when the drivers door window started playing up, the car has now been waiting at the dealers for over three weeks, we are waiting according to Ford for a new window motor.
However the new motor which is coming from abroad has not been manufactured yet.
Before the car went to the garage for this fault we had to call out RAC to it for the window three times. We were told by the RAC man that this was a well known fault with the new Focus.
It transpires that our Ford dealer now have ten of the new Ford Focus's waiting for new window motors.
To be honest this has put me right off of the Ford brand.
