Very nice drive , smooth and efficient

I replaced my Audi A6 ( 2008) Allroad with this, the wife likes smaller cars.
I am impressed with this version, the 7 speed s-tronic box is very good, and the gear change even better than the A6.

The drive is smooth, although you have a fixed suspension, unlike the variable air suspension on the A6, it holds the road well. I have not found it to drift in corners at speed. Acceleration is good and does not labour.

I miss the large boot, but the A4 comes with an extra full length ( when seats are down) mat which can be easily be cleaned from dirty loads.( it has a plastic like surface on one side and a normal one on the other, very useful)
It also comes with two styles of luggage restraints which are very practical.

The HD MMI system is good, except the satnav still does not take full UK postcodes, I have spoken to the dealer and Audi UK, this nonsense will be sorted when the 'new' A4 range comes out...and you cannot have a retrograde upgrade. This I find very poor when you pay on the road nearly £46K

Nice car,I have now done 9K in it. Very happy.
