some body tryed to steal my cat of my peugeot 306 tdi and has rounded off the bolts in the process, i now cant undo or do up the bolts i have baught new ones but cant get the old ones out, ive tryed cutting them off but there is very little room to get to them.

does any body know how i might get the bolt off/out with out taking the car to a garage
