nissan x trail 2.2 dci 2004 - Nissan xtrail fuel problemn - dilly40

When vehicle is stood ticking over, it looses all power and wont rev at all. Once turned of and started again it runs fine! Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be?

Before you do anything else,change the fuel filter.

There has been a problem with X trail fuel filters and winter additives to diesel.

Definitely try the fuel filter first
