FORD FOCUS 1.6 ZETEC SE 2002 - NO DIALS WORKING OR MILAGE COUNTER NOT WORKING - CU11ENJ

HI CAN ANY1 HELP I HAVE GOT A FORD FOCUS 1.6 PETROL THE CLUSTER DIALS ON THE DASH ARE NOT WORKING, NOR THE MILAGE COUNTER, DID HAVE A BATTERY LIGHT ON BUT THATS GONE OUT NOW, BUT STILL NO DIALS WORKING, BEEN TOLD IT COULD BE THE CLUSTER AND WANTED A SECOND OPINION COULD IT BE THE SPEEDO SENSOR OR IS IT THE CLUSTER

Focus models around this era did suffer with dash pod problems.Ford dealers were offering a replacement unit for £100.but this may now have expired.Lots of specialist repairers around to fix these.May be worth checking the fuses first.hth
