New to this but read column. Checked on Audi website and there seems to be a lot of problems with the MMI system. Mine just shut down this afternoon. The screen went blank , no telephone,radio,cd sd anything. When I got home I reset it according to the handbook but still dead. Nothing spilt near or on the operating knob. Any ideas out there. Taking it to Audi apparently can cost up to 1K according to their forum.
