Glow plug light is a 2 stage warning on these, lit is a fault detected,lit/flashing is a far more serious warning.
Good quality diagnosis is a must on these, you need some one who can read live data, dealer obviously can but your local diesel specialist can too, find them in yellow pages.
Mean time, check the vacuum hoses from and to the turbo pressure sensor and the turbo pressure sensor solenoid, mounted on the plate above the wire harness, engine right.
take them off, blow through them, thay can fill with crud,EGR can fail, the disc can actually come off but guess you checked that, usually they won't start or blow black smoke when they are faulty.
The list of things that'll give your symptoms as pretty full, from the cam phase sensor to the turbo pressure sensor,so the need for good diagnosis is tops, pay Renault for a full code read with live data print out and then go somewhere else ,if you want.
One other thing,I get more than 2 code faults on these and I start looking for short curcuits in the wireing harness,Iv'e repaired more shorts on these than I've renewed any components, favorite is under the air filter housing where it can press onto the injector wiring, the cas or the afm wiring.but shorts can be found almost anywhere there are wires,on these.
Oh,and not all code readers are equal on these,I variously use Renalt,Vaux or nissan software, depending on what will read it
Be warned,on one of these I gave up counting short circuits aften ten, there were a lot of them, and it's symptoms matched yours.
