Following a little crisis at home, left the keys in it and flattened the battery.

Jump started it off the neighbours car and went to work. The car kept stalling in between gear changes, (the battery was charging). Charged the battery that day, put it on, it starts okay, but wont idle. When its been run for a good whil, its a bit better.

Someone told me you shouldn't jump start modern cars, and that Pugs are bad for frying the ECU if you do - but as shestarts/ runs/drives/pulls okay, Im hoping its a simple issue I can fix mysel, there was no problem prior to the jump start, so Im sure its the cause..
