hi ive changed the cylinder head on my bora tdi as the old tensioner pulley failed which resulted in a slipped belt and a few bent valves. I brought a second hand head and fitted it along with a full cambelt kit and a new belt damper etc. Its all back together but it just wont fire. when i turn it over it seems to drain the fuel from the filter. if i put some easy start down it does start but then stops obviously when the easy start runs out. iv read somewhere that i will need to put the injectors out of the other head into the replacement one. is this right ?? my friend has the snap on solus, can i re code the injectors thats in it off that ??? can anyone point me in the right direction ???

Did you build it using a manual and the locking tools. How do you know it is draining the fuel from the filter. Regards Peter
