Hello Ladies and Gents

I just plopped down 16 grand in cash for a brand new Honda Jazz. That was 11 Days ago.

The car, I was told was in stock. However I don't have it yet and the dealer is giving me alot of excuses and no information, in fact I have to repeatively bug them to get any information out of them at all.

The moment the money was in the account its been radio silence.

I only ordered one extra accessory (a drivers arm rest). I was told that they didnt have it in stock and had to order it (bullocks in my opinion) and that the French holidays was causing delays (also bullocks).

I am getting suspicious, espicially because they havent yet sent over the "carte gris" the ownership papers in France, which I need for the auto insurence. they also refuse to give me a date for delievery.

So am I just impatient, or does this sound like a snow job? What should I do?
