Ford Transit - non sstart - truman

ford transit 2006 2.0 diesel was running ok stopped parked up for 3 days now will not start has error code of p1361. have had fuel pump edc checked and repaired will start on easy start so mechanical timing ok have swapped main relay in fuse box. cant get fuel feed pipe off fiter to manually prime system. immobiliser gives all correct signs of working ok

If it starts on easy start and runs OK the problem is probably low rail pressure, or it could be that the starter/battery is not turning it over fast enough.

Has two batts connected and spins over easy. It is a duratec engine not common rail I suspect fuel but cannot get fuel feed pipe off of filter the connectors are push fit not normal ford that you squeeze to remove. If any ideas how to remove would help so I could then prime system
